Stonefire is committed to bringing together the finest tradition of genuine Neapolitan pizza and the freshest regional ingredients, many sourced right here in the Kootenays. This combination has helped us to create what we believe to be a truly unique and delightful menu.
Our 900 degree wood-fired masonry oven was hand built in Naples. We use only the finest Tipo 00 flour and Italian plum tomatoes to create irresistible pizzas that bake in about 90 seconds.
We offer both Italian classics and innovative in-house creations, which like everything else, are best enjoyed with friends and family!
